Unfortunately, it’s not a good pick for warm weather because of the battery. Overall it’s improvements don’t justify it’s $100 price tag.

Can you please review the Vantrue N2 PRO Dash cam dual lens

Can you review a HiCool P3 dash cam?

Hi Andrew, thanks for your very helpful reviews. I bought a Viofo A119 based on your recommendation. Unfortunately, it only worked for four months then failed. After a short web search, I found that many are having the same problem I had: the camera won’t record, and none of the buttons function except the power button. The camera never gets past the “VIOFO” opening screen.
Viofo was responsive and helped me load the latest firmware. I also replaced the SD card. None of this helped. The camera was used Jan-Apr, so it wasn’t a hot weather issue. I believe the camera design is defective. You should consider whether to revise your recommendation for this camera, or at least warn people of this common failure mode.
